FOSUP-BT Court is a complex multi-storey building consisting of many functions such as dwelling, trading, offices, car parks, right of the center of ministration and commerce of Dist.7, it has 18 storeys including two levels of basement, 4 commercial storeys, 14 storeys of dwelling and the technical space. The total construction area is 26,640 m2.
Break land in August 2008. This is the major part of investment by FOSUP, the designing task is taken care of by the Fosup-Consultant Center estimated to be finished with the interior decoration by the ARCHASIA JOINT STOCK CO.
Fosup-service is responsible for the Management of exploiting and supplying services for the building.
