During our business operation course, we received several awards from the contests for selection of good alternatives as well as impressive concepts to be organized and awarding by local or oversea organizations such as.

An honorary award for the ideas of Convivial Spaces at the International Housing Conference presented by UIA in 1996;

 

2nd class award for designing sample houses presented by Phu My Hung Joint-venture Co. in 1995;

 

An 3rd award for plan in building the Ho Xuan Huong Gymnastics and Sports Center presented by the Association of Architects in Ho Chi Minh City - service of Planning & Architecture, Service of construction and District 3 People's Committee in 2001;

 

An 2nd award (no first award )for head office of Telecommunication South Viet Nam corporation at C30 given by VNPT group in 2007;

 

The 1 st awards for projects : Head office of VNPT situated at 42 Pham Ngoc Thach Str., HCMC in 1997, Commercial building of Gilimex at 24C Phan Dang Luu Str, HCMC - The Nha Trang Seafront Food center; The Nha Trang Plaza Hotel 38 Tran Phu In March 2004;

 

In cooperation of Fosup - Woodhead International -Aus and with A.I.C-Aus of Thanh Da Master plan proposal which was honourably chosen by HCMC Authority on Oct 2004.as as master plan and urban planning for this peninsula.

We are applying new construction technologies which is incorporated in designing of high storey residence areas and office building Such as "super deck" , "bubble deck " for designing of structures of residence of which the residence density is high at Ward 7 Dist.8 and Tay Tang Long Development Area - Hiep Phu Ward Dist.9; we have studied to apply light weight construction materials (floor slab, light reinforcement concrete) in designing of high rise apartment for medium-low income people.
